REGISTRATION FEE
A non-refundable charge of $20 per child is required annually at the time of registration, whether enrolling in gymnastics, tumbling or cheer lessons.
TUITION:
Summer camp tuition is due upon registration
Fall/spring class tuition is due on the 1st or 15th of each month depending on your choice at registration. All tuition payments made after the agreed upon date will be charged at $15 late fee.
Please note that for fall/spring each class meets once per week. All classes are scheduled to meet 37 times in the August-May class season. The tuition of each class is based on the season total of classes rather than the monthly total. Due to holidays and breaks, classes will vary between holding 2-5 classes monthly. ***There are not discounts for months that meet less, as well as no extra fees when they meet more often.***
JCGT does not refund or transfer tuition fees. Students are expected to attend their scheduled class.
PAYMENT FORMS:
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check (in an envelope marked with child’s first and last name, date and time of class and amount enclosed). There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.

Electronic payments can be made through Venmo app or Cash App.

BEHAVIOR
Good behavior must be shown at all times. Students displaying disorderly conduct before or during class will be asked to sit out of the class.
SPECTATOR POLICY
Due to insurance restrictions no one is allowed in the training area before class without an instructor. Siblings and friends not enrolled in class must remain outside the training area and must be supervised by an adult. When class is over, gymnasts must leave the training area. The instructors will need to start the next class and therefore cannot supervise them. For the safety of those in class, spectators should keep the noise level as low as possible. There is also no photography or videotaping allowed unless approved by the office and teacher. This is to protect the privacy of the other students in class.

INCLIMATE WEATHER:
For the safety of our families and staff we will be closed any time USD475 closes due to inclement weather.
In the event of inclement weather, parents will be notified via Group Me app of cancelations or early closure. Immediate closure is required in the event or a tornado warning - our location does not have a shelter space.
If the weather is questionable, we ask parents stay close to the building while your child is in class, to ensure a quick pick-up in the event a weather warning is issued.
No refunds, credits, transfers or prorating will occur due to class cancelations or personal discretion to miss class due to weather.
MAKE UP POLICY:
Makeup lessons are available for students that must be out sick.
HOLIDAYS
There are no make-ups for Holidays. They are fixed into the tuition. Scheduled holidays are:
INJURY & ILLNESS
If your child is injured during class, appropriate action will be taken, and if necessary, you will be contacted. An injury report will be filled out by a coach and need signed by you.
Children who are showing signs of illness may not attend classes - if they did not attend school, they should not attend class. This includes, but is not limited to: a runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat, extreme signs of tiredness, and being unable to participate in usual activity. Lice and pink eye are also considered contagious maladies.
If a child comes to the gym with an illness, they will be sent home to avoid infecting our coaches and other children.
HEALTH & SAFETY
GROUP ME: Please download the GROUP ME app, to receive class information/updates, reminders, lost items found, etc. Once downloaded, enrolled classes will be visible once your student is added to the class roster.
For questions, schedule changes, registration, payments, and merchandise purchases, please call or text to set up a time to meet with Coach Brooke or our office manager.
- Hair must be pulled back from the face and secured in a ponytail or bun for every class
- No jewelry or hats are allowed while participating in class
- All students must bring a LABELED water bottle. The drinking fountain will be turned off. Nothing except a water bottle (ONLY containing water)to be brought into building.
- Please make sure your child used the restroom at home right before leaving for class.
- NO food or gum chewing is allowed.

- Girls attire : any color leotard
- Boys attire: any color t-shirt and athletic shorts
- Children’s torsos must be completely covered --- NO 2 piece outfits with tummies showing!
- NO jeans, skirts, dresses, zippers, buttons, or snaps allowed.
- No shoes are allowed on the gym floor - students must have bare feet, with no socks or tights

- All recreational classes are available for parent watching --- please be advised seating is limited.
- Parents may not stand/sit in front of the large garage doors, this is a fire hazard.
- All competitive team classes are closed to parent watching
- Students will enter through the student door and parents through the parent door.

- Students that are sick must miss class and will be allowed to join another class for a make-up within 3 weeks --- after the three-week period, the make-up is forfeited.

- Labor Day - September 4 (Monday)
- Halloween – October 31 (Thursday)
- Thanksgiving – November 23-30 (one full week)
- Christmas – December 23-January 3 (2 full weeks)
- Spring Break – March 15-22 (one full week, same week as USD 475)
- Easter Weekend - March 18-20 (Friday-Sunday)

- All students are expected to wait in the hallway until the coach invites them in for class.
- They will place their water bottle on the glass shelf and then they are expected to sanitize their hands before going to their carpet square/wall - At the end of class students are encouraged to sanitize their hands again.
- All equipment and apparatus are sprayed with Lysol and wiped between classes - the floor is sprayed nightly with Odor Ban, and vacuumed each morning/ before the first class.
- All doors will remain open when at all possible to cut down on multiple hands touching handles.
